We recommend their ‘Rather Elegant Brunch’: Bacon and avocado with herbed spring onion & chive rösti, baby kale, fire-roasted tomatoes and a sun-dried tomato dressing on the side, topped with a poached egg and pumpkin seeds.

On Saturday 26th of August, 12:00 – 23:00, celebrate the Bank Holiday weekend in style with Aperol and Salvi’s.

With offers such as two Aperol Spritz for £10 all day in the Salvi’s Terrazza and the Salvi’s Mozzarella Bar, both located in Corn Exchange. Expect live music, DJ’s and of course their famous Neapolitan cuisine – it’s not one to miss! So come down and help turn Salvi’s orange with Aperol!
